Dear one6G Board, I have been approached by Telecommunications Standards Development Society, India (TSDSI) to develop a potential MOU with one6G as a framework for collaboration on mutual objectives and interests. As you may agree this will potentially be another great step, with a highly respected regional organization with significant active global presence (e.g. during our ITU-R IMT-2030 framework and requirements development). I trust I have the Board's (and WG3's) support in proceeding with TSDSI, aligned with and in coordination with WG3. Best regards, Javan P.S. As shared throughout the process, we have recently successfully completed our MOU with India's Bharat 6G Alliance, to be signed. _________ Dear Dr Javan Erfanian, Thank you once again for your valuable participation in the TSDSI Tech Deep Dive Conference (TTDD) 2026 and for sharing your insightful perspectives in the Panel Discussion on Emerging 6G Architecture Options<https://ttdd.tsdsi.in/sessions> (Session #1). Your observations on developing simplified, modular, and energy-efficient 6G architectures, while enabling AI/ML, integrated sensing, NTN, beamforming, and ubiquitous connectivity, strongly resonated with the conference participants. We particularly appreciated your emphasis on the critical role of standards, alliances, and collaborative research in shaping practical and implementable 6G solutions, along with the need for responsible AI and multi-domain data orchestration. These perspectives closely align with TSDSI's ongoing efforts in advancing 6G standardization and fostering global collaboration. Building on this shared vision, we would like to explore the possibility of establishing a formal collaboration between TSDSI and the one6G Alliance and GTI Alliance through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). We believe such a collaboration would provide an excellent platform for joint technical engagement, knowledge exchange, and coordinated contributions towards the global 6G ecosystem. I kindly request your views on this proposal and how to take it forward.
